Tieto was awarded for the SaaS based iSuggest services:  a Closed Loop Marketing Service, delivered from the cloud, based on the PBBI’s Portrait Customer Interaction Suite. The SaaS format is unprecedented in the history of Portrait  IO, and thus represents a significant innovation also for PBBI.  It enables Business-to-Consumer players to execute highly effective marketing campaigns without the need of extensive IT-projects and use the service with a pay-as-you-go pricing model. According to Forrester  both Inbound Marketing and SaaS represent fast growing areas – and per such is a very promising value proposition in today’s challenging economic climate.

“We are honored to be recognized by PBBI as an innovative partner”, says Martijn Feekes,  Head Marketing & Business Development in Tieto Netherlands. ” The team has worked hard together with our customers to offer both inbound as outbound marketing services from the cloud. It is rewarding to be recognized and noticed by market analysts like Forrester here. We also feel fortunate with partners like PBBI, whose technology and efforts to co-develop the business model have been essential to have this innovation to see the broad daylight and help our customers to win their battles”

The awards ceremony was held in Prague on October 13th where John O’Hara, President of PBBI presented this year's awards. About 200 attendees from industry-leading companies attended the event.
